Giovanni Padovano was a tipographer active in Venice. He worked alone and in partnership with Venturino Ruffinelli. According to Cosenza, he was also a Ruffinelli; Zappella seems to support this theory, attributing the Z1157 mark to 'Giovanni Ruffinelli'. M. il 10.9.1553. His heirs, his wife Giovanna and his minor children, gave the company into the management of Francesco Di Leno, who had worked there since 1551 and acquired it in 1558.
